crap. i dunno why things have taken a turn for the worse so much this week. and only today have things brightened up today. thankfully for the sabbath. if it hadn't turned out any better, i would really have loved to hang myself.

i'm really have to apologize BIG TIME to the cj volleyball team.

wasted time at school ytd. can't believe ptm duty was so draggy. ended up doing lame stuff with mei xiu like playing hand games. got paired with her somehow as i got to school late for duty. oh geez... and please dun even talk about ptm. amazingly it was rather positive comments coming from Mrs Sng about portfolio and expectations wise, but it wasn't a positive results analysis by the parents.

now for just some good things to destroy the mood of pessimism

cj volleyball played sr volleyball and they got owned.
went to watch e SYO concert last thurs! it was fantastic! i think e shotaskovic piece had e most impact! but e other 2 were really good too anyway. haha. nice going ying er! nice going tommy!

other than doing practically nothing sensible yesterday, i got started on wearing contacts. haha!

i think i probably irritated and annoyed the optician just by trying to wear contacts. not that my case is anything but special, but i ended up taking half an hour to don my contact lens on the first try. note that my subsequent attempts only took a few seconds! so i'm not that noob now! haha. and surprisingly and thankfully... taking them off came easy... somehow. i thought i was gonna be stuck there till after closing time!

played raffles' volleyball e night before. haha. met hyrum too. first time i actually saw him playing volleyball! haha. left to meet e gang. brother left so quickly after i came! grrrr... oh! and sorry for bumping heads sister! hope everyone got home safely. oh... nice to see nat and tom again. haven't seen them ever since meeting them at long john's.

myra said i hit her with a volleyball 3 times ytd during stake youth mutual.
YESSSS! GOGOGO! haha:)

back from ipoh just yesterday.

and it seems there are quite a number of positives that the volleyballers have been able to draw from the friendlies we played there. ok... one BIG negative is that every meal was OILY. haha. u should have seen the amount of oil that we were able to scoop out of every dish. to make matters worse... NAPFA is coming up. sure this is gonna make everything alot easier. haha. geez... e food was OILY but man... was it good.

besides that... ipoh is kinda urbanized already. it seems that u can't really buy much traditional stuff there. everywhere u go was like a shopping district in china. like those where u can get easy bargains and stuff. almost all e shops there are simply shops that sell apparel. e hotel rooms weren't half bad. well... what do u expect from... in my opinion... sub 3-star? and it was supposedly 4 star standard in malaysia. haha. simeon was my roommate. gee... i slept too much. even slept at 730pm once till e next morning. haha.
