gosh. i cant wait for SYF to come but i'm also wishing to be able to spend more time with e band ppl.
gosh. i'm so mixed up. i'm not performing well in a spike position for volleyball. *argh*
gosh. i dunno whether i shld go for volleyball trg or band practice. >.<

the days are short.
cant believe that my time in band is goin to be up.
its been fun hanging out and ard with e band ppl. x)

gold is possible. with honors? why not?
time to get our act together.

i'm still tinkin abt it. are u?
i dunno why. do u know?
i want to take e chance with u. but is it right?
my mind never made up.

e past 5 days have been packed and crazy.
there was usual band practice on wednesday.
meeting for friday to sunday's band camp on thursday.
4 x 100m relay to run on thursday.
grocery shopping with band food comm on thursday.
Lilian, Faeliq, Edwin, Phoebe, JiaXin and Sylvester were there.
a whole lot of hmwk due on friday. which i didnt complete in e end.
and band camp from friday through till sunday.
and i just got back from camp. haha.

went to buy foodstuffs for band camp on thursday with e food comm.
haha. it was probably e craziest time i've ever been to a supermarket.
we bought 18 loaves of bread for 2 breakfasts. haha.
fussed about which brand was better for spread and condensed milk.
bought a random amount of milo and syrup for drinks.
well. least we got that out of e way and managed to get wad we needed.

4 x 100m relay was real crapped up.
we could have made e finals if our start wasnt so slow and if baton passing was more fluent.
so it was obvious that we cldnt make it.

band camp on friday.
sch started at 11am. haha.
there was prize presentation awards today for e j2s and j3s.
so some members of 1T20 congregated at e subway joint at far east.
some had breakfast before moving on to e McCafe nearby.
and then they had a double choc shake. haha.
cldnt get stuff fr marks and spencers' so i made do with wat i got from e supermarket at toa payoh.
milky bars, gummy bears, meiji choc and cacao quadratini.
shared it with everyone at band camp.
it ran out really fast. duh. there were like 60 ppl altogether.

bunked with joaquim, tarun, edwin, sam, brandon, aaron and yifan.
cant rmb who were e other 2. haha. sry.
crazy band camp schedule. practice, practice and practice.
helped out food comm with drink prep and washing up.
and got to play a little volleyball at least.
i got a band tee too! haha. so cool.
but its sad that i'm leaving after SYF.
must stay committed to volleyball cos its da sport.
and e pple there are fantastic! haha.
band camp was ok in terms of effectiveness.
at least i got my timings right more or less.
but i pray and hope that we can get gold on 11th may.
e band did improve a whole lot.
haha. i had a whole lot of time to slp and chill during band camp unlike e others.
so i either slpt or talked to inez, hongchow(chinchow), havin, joaquim, tara, and jiffson.
my part is minor cos i'm just helping out with e piano part.
so no wonder i cldnt slp on e 2nd nite and ended up msging. haha.

just came back.
went to island creamery with Lilian, Henry, Syl, YongDi, JiaXin, Joaquim and Rishi.
as usual i forgot some names. pai sehh.
jiaxin was so nice. she treated everyone to icecream.
shared 2 tubs. one reverse-O and one teh tarik.
well. she was so happy that she found her purse and phone.
so that's why. haha.

gr8 past few days. had fun even tho it was real stressful. x)

wa. i'm burning out everyday.
days start @ 5am and end @ 12am++.
actually sometimes days end as soon as i wake up.
cos i'm half-dead. x)

been having band practice.
still havnt got e timing correct yet but its almost there.
shld be good after band camp. xD
seriously hoping we can mantain gold.
but that means a whole lot of practice.
which means i lose standing in volleyball.
bahh. i tink e coach doesnt like me anyway.
nvm. i'll give him a spike he wont forget. haha x)

dropped by SJI for awhile on monday evening.
watched e CJC track and field heats there.
my senior class ran really well. they got 2nd in their heats.
but they were leading most of e way. crap.
nvm. no worries. they'll come in 1st during e finals.

my class girls ran 4 x 400m.
Lilian, Shu Hui, Esther and Elaine.
they did well considering they had no prior training.
good job pple!
tmr there's 4 x 100m and i'm running.
dun feel like running.
long jump with junkai on thursday.
crap. i'm really gonna burn out.

had band practice ytd.
didnt do much. was just sitting down listening to e band play.
practiced my part a teensy-little bit.
probably slpt e rest of e time there.
woke up before everyone finished practice.
and went out with some of e band members for dinner.
Lilian, Hong Chow, JiaXin, Simeon, Henry, Faeliq & Tarun and some others were there.
dunno their names >.<
ordered ban mian with Lilian, HongChow, Simeon.
started talking abt lame and funny stuff. haha x)
oh oh. we went to get some bubble tea.
but in e end. only we got 2 cups cos they ran out of ice and pearls. haha!
and then took bus home with Faeliq at ard 10pm.

another band practice today.
spent half-a-day at sch.
practiced on my own for e first half of practice.
and e piano is so far from everyone else.
so sad lahh. haii...
2nd half of practice was screwed up.
i have to play e wood blocks and e piano.
i need to practice more with e band.
i cant find e timing. e waltz part is sick fast.
so e band conductor did scold me a bit.
this is probably how its gonna be for e next 3 weeks till 11th may.
SYF central judging is then. wa! e stress. :(
after that, its back to being a full-time volleyballer.
no more band for me. sad but true.
e band pple are a fun lot. haha! x)

e rest of e volleyballers have been telling me that i wont have standing cos of e trgs i will eventually miss.
i hope that aint true. i wanna play for e VAS comp this june.
Andre, that centre position is to be shared. haha!
well. i hope i dun lose anymore of my touch over e next 3 weeks.

Simeon, if u really want SYF so much, go ask Dennis Ang to give it to u.
so u can stay in volleyball and have fun.
otherwise, just participate in SYF for fun.

haha. u ask me very funny qns.
i really thought u knew e ans to them.
u dun have to worry one little bit abt anything.
u already said u werent ready for it. i think i wasnt too.
but only time will tell. x)

CJC volleyball girls beat TPJC.
one win. 3 to go for e girls.
4 to go for us guys.
try to beat TJC and VJC on e 23rd yeah? jiayou ah!

argh. volleyball season will be over soon.
normal trg will resume soon.
hoping it doesnt come too soon.

messed up bigtime.
but i will still help out in band.

yeah. i'm happy.
everything is e way i like it.
well... almost. haha!
but i will have to be patient. x)

just got e band piano score this morning. band prac was till 730pm ard there ytd.
haha! its great in band. x)
note. i am not officially in band. i'm still a volleyballer.
its just an honor to play e piano part of feste romane for them during SYF.
it means i have to participate in every band activity and practice.
it also means i get one day off from sch early. haha!
this isnt confirmed just yet. but it looks likely.
got 'auditions' tomorrow. wonder if e band conductor likes my playing. haha!

gotta run. well. my fingers tat is.

standard nite was gr8! had fun dancing. my part was small but at least i was still involved. Lilian's best friend, Shina, says i shld smile more when i dance. 'Ok'. i smiled. haha! it was a gd day. altho e past week has been stressful with tests and PW, it was a gd day. truthfully, it was an honor to have them over for a nite of good clean humor and fun. (even tho they were held back by other commitments) x)

*sigh* more tests coming up. e work nv ends. and i still have to rewrite my PI.

dun worry one bit about me. take ur time. we've got loads to spare. right now, project work is really in real need of attention.

had PE today. ran 12 rounds. 10 rounds plus 2 extra rounds. e extra rounds were done with those who struggled. it was so cool! e class running together encouraging Michelle to do her best. rounds were followed by pullups. did 15. 1 assisted. was so darn tired after running.

PW session wasnt any better than e prev ones. Sng was reprimanding everyone like nobody's business. sheesh! her and her extremely high expectations.

another gr8 afternoon. played vball and did some trg after sch with e rest of e vballers. Deborah, Liz, Yun Xing, Pei Ming, Dianne, XJ, Andre, Lanz, Alastair and Wei Zhou. Tat's abt e lot of us. did digging and spiking exercises followed by games. Yes! i'm so proud of my spiking. its getting better. but i'm sure there's loads of room for improvement. shant be too arrogant abt it.

standard night this fri! gonna be a bang! haha x) cant wait!

crap. had to sign up for a new email and do all e stuff that comes with getting a new email. all this was jus cos someone was so wuliao (too free and got nothing else better to do) and had to just lock me out of my email account. and it was supposed to be good friday. so wrong.

my weekend would otherwise have been gr8. it was jus demoted to frustrating. yesterday, being e muggers we are, LiWen, XiaoWei, Eugene, HY & I studied together at e woolands regional NLB after lunch @ Long John Silvers'. okok. we arent muggers or nerds like some pple we talked abt. haha! we were practically chatting away 50-70% or more of e time. x)

practice for standard nite was @ 730pm. i reached @ 8pm. haha! practiced my small little part in e hip hop section of e Toa Payoh Ward Standard Nite Performance. had a nice short chat with some friends before flagging e bus for home.

Video Conference @ church for all today. reached halfway through e 1st 2hr session. learnt quite a bit fr e leaders' inspired talks. haha! saw my meii for e 1st time in a long long time. same goes for a whole lot of other friends. yeah! sat out e 2nd 2hr session with Sherman, Arvie & Alvin.

2nd lunch was good too. hokkien mee! haha! as compared to e 1st lunch which was tuna sandwiches... what wld u tink? haha! x)

its been a splendid past 2 weeks.
been to e movies last monday to watch Bean wif e best class, 1T20.
sat beside Lilian and Liu Yao...
but was talking to Lilian for e most part of e show! haha!
