cookie baking cum XBOX session. haha. Martin, Ong, Charmaine and Shijing came over to bake cookies ytd. Everyone was late but its ok. hahaha. We only started at about 5pm? We were supposed to meet at 330pm and start by 415pm. haha... but oh well... anyway... baking was not bad anyway. but u pple need to wait for e cookies to cool more! not all of them are crispy the way pple like it... hahaha! xDDD

toa payoh ward priest quorum outing ytd! hahaha. met at church at 7pm. got there at 650pm. haha. i was early. hmmmm... casey took e same bus as me but i didn't know till i stood up. he was waving like 'oiiiii!' and i still didn't realize. hahaha. the effectiveness of zoning out. so he came up to me and i suddenly realized he took e same bus as me. hahaha... whoops xP
i have learned that Bro. Lam has a bad sense of direction. not tat my sense of direction is good... but we were probably stuck in his car for 2 hours in total? back and forth... and we didn't get to our destination on e trip back to church. well... supposedly on our way back to church. in e end we didn't reach church and most of e priests landed up at ang mo kio station. hahaha. at least i got ride back since Bro. Lam's house was close to mine. lucky he didn't get lost after dropping e others off at ang mo kio. hahaha xDDD
best of all ytd was the steamboat dinner. it was damn good. a buffet... but i was lucky tat i didn't overeat. i dunno wad got to me during dinner but i kept banging my head on the metal body of the extended shelter which was brought out as it started raining. hahaha. i hit my head a total of 3 times. so i lost xxx+++ no. of braincells multiplied by 3. hahaha.

left for mawai on wednesday and got back fr mawai ytd. haha. it was fun with a whole lot of mud here and there. actually... almost all e activities involved contact with mud. swell isn't it? hahaha. well... we gathered at cjc on e first day. group 2 was separated from each other on the bus rides. e gals were on one, e guys were on the other. well... the latter bus was stuck in jam on the first day. and so e gals went ahead first in the first one. and no... t20 is not an antisocial grp. hahaha.
t20 gals numbered 7. Lilian, Shuhui, Valerie, Michelle, Adelene, Alicia and Elaine.
t20 guys numbered 5. ET, YK, Jiajun, Caven and me.
Ms. Chay and Mr. Tan, our chem teachers accompanied us to the camp. but only Ms. Chay was attached to group 2. hahaha.
so yeah... u cld say tat t20 actually was e largest group there. hahaha :):):)
first day's activity for group 2 was the swamp walk. haha. had to walk through muddy water that was about knee deep. Caven and another person fr our group got a leech. Didn't hear who was e other. oh... most quaint and queer incident of the day was that lilian got her shoe stuck in the swamp. haha. she sank right in at one point. so i helped her grab her shoe out fr dunno wherever it was. by the time we got back to the campsite, i'm quite sure i felt like a potential statue made out of mud. e mud had already dried up on my skin and i tink i looked like some white freak who came out of the swamp. hahaha.
then there was the firefly spotting and one of two sing-along sessions at night. haha. everyone was so fascinated by the sight of a firefly. a few even came right up to us. sing-along session. haha. the first day's was a screw up. cos we probably sang some songs we weren't fully familiar with so it wasn't as fun. it was better the next day cos there was this guitarist with us who helped us along. hahaha.
second day's activity was the australian defence line trail walk, and the obstacle course in the afternoon. we walked around again except that it was in the forest area, but not a swamp. hahaha. we actually went into pillboxes and bunkers. there were some weird msgs scrawled all over the walls. hahaha. somehow, they didn't really make much link to the times the soldiers there were at war. the obstacle course was whacked! YK, Jiajun and i went to the toilet and got back only to find that e group just started. and a rope which was required to cross one obstacle was in e middle of the water. tried to get it but fell in as i bent down to get it. hahaha. not enough balance it a big issue. only managed to finish half of e hardest part of the obstacle course only to fall in. had to balance on this winding pole without any support. and there was only one point where u could actually stop and take a breather. we also played volleyball... but it was mud volleyball. haha. my group won! :D
e 2nd of sing-along sessions and star gazing were on that night. e stars were wonderful. it was a little cloudy at first but it soon cleared up for us to be wow-ed by the wonderful night sky. Singapore is so lousy. u can hardly see any stars. hahaha.
third day's activity was hiking. we went up this 300m "mountain" which is actually just a small hill. didn't start raining till we proceeded down from the hill. but we actually took a different route which was a little more challenging. haha. fine i slipped at e beginning while coming down Samantha... but u slipped a hell lot more in e later stages. hahaha. and there was once Samantha kicked me as she slipped. luckily for her she managed to grab on to some rope. told u not to step on that root! yeah... so Samantha kept slipped and fell on me as i was infront of her. e bus rides back and forth from the camp to the mountain were real long. about 3 hours each. slept a hell lot during that spell. also, we cleaned up the beach we arrived at after the hike down the hill by a different route. group 2 found this 'bomb'... haha. but its actually a buoy. lol. dunked ET into the sea 2wice. heehee!
there was also a campfire that night. was e MC for it. but on VERY SHORT NOTICE. haha. thanks rheyza...
star gazing that night was also real good. there were shooting stars! :D
oh... the bad thing about no curfew on that night. t05 guys are damn bloody inconsiderate. they were singing songs all night. songs that actually told u that they had no childhood... and their singing was horrendous anyway. lol. it was good they got scolded. but it was quite a while before they did. managed to only sleep at 3am? thanks idiots.
fourth day. pack and go. went to the kota tinggi museum... but it wasn't really a museum. i tink it was quite cheapo in fact. cos e furnishing wasn't as complete as u'd tink of a museum. ate lunch with group 2 at pizza hut before we headed back to singapore. slept alot again.
anyway... ET has become popular huh? hahaha :D
woo! ytd was the bomb. crazy outing with t20. went to sentosa. played beach volleyball. played very little beach soccer. threw pple into the sea. had sakae buffet and was damn full. rode the sentosa luge. hahaha. somehow we dallied for quite a while at vivo cos of the rain. but we went eventually as the rain subsided. hahaha. jiajun got thrown into the sea! hahaha. lulu was like going... go COMMANDO! for those who do not already know... it means dun wear underwear. hahaha. dallied at vivo after sentosa for a while again. val and ealine got candy floss and were so attracted towards this caucasian little boy who was also having candy floss. val was ignored for quite a while cos e little boy was so engrossed in his candy floss. haha.
yay. i dig-GED nicely today. hahaha. finally got it right during trg. oh... and i had to set 500 times with lanz? zhou and jon were digging 500 times. hahaha. damn tiring lahh. gave deborah some cookies and she shared them with e rest of e girls' team. hope u all like it! ohoh... lanz was talking in some whacked-up british accent... but i tink it was really CMI. so... haha. yeah... somehow... the screwed up british accent was infecting everyone. LOL.

went back to sji to help out with the campcraft team training in preparation for next year's competition. funny thing is i went although i'm not a CI unlike jeremy, hao yu and donovan. haha. it was really quite fun considering that it was the first scheduled campcraft training. made training shorter so that everyone cld enjoy a little time playing soccer. so tat means u guys better come back for trg!
had lunch with keley before going for campcraft trg. went with her to buy her birthday present to gabby. hahaha. shan't write anymore on wad it is or wad happened cos i'm sure gabby will see this. hahaha. oh... we had island creamery too! :):):) i love nutella flavor!
tat was ytd. now for today.
went to bedok to meet some of e OCIP pple bound for chiangrai in early december. decided to go michael's place to do our banner design or sth. hahaha. it was really retarded. hahaha. the gang was... michael, sam, lucille, fifi, kathleen and me. hahaha. michael and i were talking so much about XBOX 360 but we didn't get e time to play. cos we were all crapping so much. hahaha. on matters which i shall not expound on. hahaha.
had dinner with lucille. haha. she had to go for her church prayer service. so we had a short dinner at causeway point's foodcourt. we had to take 197 and then 966 all e way down. michael accompanied us on 197 while fifi was there on 197 and partly 966 cos she had to go back to e hostel which was at sch. went to buy e stuff in preparation for tmr's cookie baking session for OCIP fund raising. jon, martin, charmaine and weiqi... cya guys tmr! :):):)
