and then we went to play pool at safra mount faber with e others.
it was damn cool lahh. e whole section was there x)

ate ramen at far east. it was gd.

YC was good. but it was disappointing.
e physical activities weren't properly done up.
and plus e resort's grounds were cramp.

First day. took a ferry followed by bus to e resort fr tanah merah ferry terminal.
everyone cldnt wait for e activities to begin.

when we got to e resort. we started out with icebreakers.
we played e human knot game. and then ultimate frizbee.
yeah. grp 6 owns!
went to bathe as it was so hot and i was sweating quite a bit.
lunched. then there was Bro. Lam's workshop on personlaties.
followed up by free time when most of us jumped into e pool.
there was this retarded game where we squirted each other with water guns filled with colored water.
and quite a few of us got to bring home multi-colored shirts as a souvenir.
then there was Sis. Lam's hawaiian dance workshop.
dinner and then a fireside by Pres. O'Grady.

e 2nd day.
had to get up e next morning really early for some game when we had to move all over e resort.
then there was some time before breakfast which was followed up by Bro. Lee's scripture quiz.
haha. i learnt quite a bit of church history then.
then Pres. Lai gave a workshop on 'dancing with angels' before lunch.
myra was hitting me everywhere with rhythm before her dad's workshop.
*ouch* pain lahh... haha.
we had this crazy quiz activity where we had to run up and hit e bell and answer a question.
everyone hurled themselves at e bell. and e injuries came. burns and bruises.
i got crunched fr behind by Parker. he cldnt stop and slid right into my back.
so yeah. i got one big backache.
yeah! grp 6 owns again.

Bro. Downs gave another workshop. but this time it was on e word of wisdom.
beach activity followed. and we had this activity where we just had to keep a ball in e air for as long as possible.
haha. e guys beat e gals. aiyah. but its all fun and games.
in e end. we all played e game together. haha.
i was diving ard as tho i was playing beach volleyball.
got cuts on my face, arms, legs and feet.
and i have yet to recover fr my flu.
oh... and i'm so sorry germaine! please forgive me!

then there was dinner before dance.
went a little late as i was chatting with kenneth and han after dinner.
we didnt start dancing straightaway when we turned up for dance.
e songs played at e beginning didnt really set e tone right.
it took alot of enthusiastic dancing fr e older youth to get everyone to start tearing e floor up.
i'm part of e older youth ok? haha.
as usual, there were slow songs when we had to pick partners for dance.
it really was a time to socialise and just have fun.
danced with germaine first. haha.
got to know more of e gals through dance.
such as Ariel, Chrystal, Erin, Shannon, Ying Er, Marie, Margaux, Estelle, Lyka, feng, Kandace, and Myra.
it was really fun dancing and talking to them :)
went wild during dance and started break dancing too. lol.
then we played murderer after dance ended at e lobby before going back to our bunks.

pranks started. haha. sherman, sadesh and i went knocking on doors.
we kinda spooked e residents of rooms 433 and 434. haha.
they thot dean was e culprit who left notes at their doors. haha.
we pranked jeremy (again! haha) and david.
drew on their faces.







we were so scared tat they cldnt wash off e marker drawings e following morning.
but they managed. haha.
testimony meeting was hot. literally.
e sun was really scorching by 845am (indo time)
then there was breakfast and a flurry for autographs just like all e past YCs.
we all oso started taking pics. haha.
and then we're going home

band prac today and another tmr.
reached sch a little early. so i practised chopin's scherzo no.2
crap. i cant play e whole thing like i used to anymore.
ah well... cant rmb how to play all 22 pages of it after such a long spell.

new piano score. haha. it sounds damn nice.
but i dun have any break within that song for band.
had sectionals. was practising e higher registers for clarinet.
haha. max was so "angry" i cld reach e high notes alr.
aiyah. relax man. its not as tho i'm tat stable in my playing yet.

YiFan fractured his arm after prac playing soccer.
his arm looked freaky. really.
it looked as tho he really split his bone in 2.
nicholas called for an ambulance.
and 2 paramedics came to wrap his arm before bringing him to e hospital for surgery.

some of us decided to go see him.
accompanied them halfway before saying goodbyes and walking to church.
